**Job Summary**:
As a Sales Supervisor you will be responsible for ensuring smooth on-ground daily operations in cooperation with the Area Sales Manager. You will also be working on the Sales Team's performance and development.

**Responsibilities**:
Following up on the Operation's daily activities.
Following up on the Sales Team activities and ensure all sales plans are well executed.
Conducting market visits & market insights.
Creating and executing effective development plans for the Sales Team.
Identifying sales gaps and address them proactively.
Analyzing sales performance and address any performance challenges.
Problem-solving within department and with the Commercial Team.

**What we look for**:
Bachelor's degree holder.
2-4 years of experience in a similar position.
Experience in on-ground activities and outdoor sales.
Preferably E-commerce background.
Excellent communication and leadership skills.
Excellent level of excel and Microsoft programs.
