**You are responsible for**

Installed Base Opportunities
- Working with Businesses to identify the size and segment for Installed Base Opportunities.
- Working with Service BMM, Modality BMM and Sales Leadership to ensure an effective Marketing Plan for the Installed Base opportunities (including Campaigns)
- Working with Modality BMM, Service Commercial Manager, Sales Leaders (District/ Govt and Inside Sales Leader) to agree on best route to market for each category of Installed Base which is in the best interest of customer and Philips, in that order.
- Working with sales excellence to ensure leads are correctly loaded on SFDC for appropriate team members (Sales, Inside Sales or Customer Service Account Managers)
- Ensuring Cadence of reviews with Sales, Inside sales and Customer Service Account team to ensure funnel creation and progress of opportunities Assist in creation of trade-in opportunities, coordination of the opportunities with trade-in desk
- Working with Pricing to put in place Pricing guidance for the Installed Base Opportunities.
- Monthly Performance Report out on Installed Base Opportunity conversion and Customer Feedback.
- Install Base Retention / Management Initiative end to end from Market to order and order to cash
- Working cross functionally with Marketing, BM&S, S&SD, District Lead & Indirect Channel Manager to project manage the Customer Lifetime Value options & Upgrade for improving customer lifetime value.
- Employ market research, industry trends, voice of customer and field, market share, win/loss analysis and competitive intelligence and price realization to develop IB strategy and influence key stakeholders in Customer Lifetime Value Creation and Value Delivery.
- Working cross-functionally and horizontally to design, develop & test, commercialize, operationalize and continuously evolve the Install Base strategy and execution.
- Continuous safeguarding and improvement of the quality of the IB database through regular Analysis of data accuracy, including providing data to the field

**To succeed in this role, you’ll need a customer-first attitude and the following**
- Bachelors degree
- Min 5 years of related experience
- Entrepreneurial and commercial thinking
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to perform effectively in a complex matrix environment
- Ability to conceptualize, articulate, influence and manage end to end
- Drive for results
- Affinity to analysis
- Excellent communication skills in English
- Fluency in Arabic is preferred but not a must
