**What will you do**:

- Review and interpret tender documents, including technical specifications and contractual terms, to understand project requirements fully.
- Accurately estimate costs for materials, labor, and equipment required for substation installation projects by soliciting and evaluating supplier quotations.
- Work alongside engineering teams to draft detailed technical proposals that address client specifications and comply with industry standards.
- Identify potential project risks and devise mitigation strategies to address technical challenges, cost overruns, and timeline delays.
- Liaise with project managers, engineers, suppliers, and other stakeholders to gather necessary information and ensure the proposal's feasibility and competitiveness.
- Ensure the bid, including technical documents, financial proposals, and required bid bonds, is accurate and submitted by the deadline.
- Offer support during the bid evaluation phase, respond to clarifications or negotiations as needed, and adjust proposals accordingly.
- Stay informed about industry trends, competitor activities, and new technologies to enhance bidding strategies and project execution plans.

**What do they expect from you**:

- Bachelor Degree in Electrical Engineering.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in High Voltage and Extra High Voltage Substations.
- Speaking and Writing of English language fluently.
- Project management and supervision skills.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Project Management (PRMG) is a plus.
- International Project Management Association (IPMA) is a plus.
- Project Management Professional (PMP) is a plus.
- Knowledge of designing substations is a plus.
