**We are hiring a Back-office customer service who will Communicating with customers through various chats and tickets.**
**Responsibilities**:
- Maintaining a positive, empathetic, and professional attitude toward customers at all times.
- Responding promptly to customer inquiries.
- Communicating with customers through various chats and tickets.
- Acknowledging and resolving customer complaints.
- Knowing our products inside and out so that you can answer questions.
- Keeping records of customer interactions, transactions, comments, and complaints.
- Communicating and coordinating with colleagues as necessary.
- Providing feedback on the efficiency of the customer service process.
**Requirements**:
- Bachelor's degree in graphic arts, design, communications, or related field.
- At least 1 year of experience in CS.
- Familiar with social media and live streaming apps.
- Strong analytical skills.
- Creative and innovative in work scope.
- Good in using Microsoft office.
- Fluent in English speaking and writing.
- Capable of working under pressure and willing to work with a flexible work schedule.
- Skilled in communication and good at handling problems.
- Self-motivated, results-driven, professional and efficient.
- Internet-related experience is preferred.
- 2 Days off.
- 8 hours working and one hour break.
- Allowance.
- Salary starts from 8K.
- Medical and social insurance.
**Salary**: E£6.00 - E£7.00 per month
Ability to commute/relocate:
- Cairo: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)
