**Description**

**Job Purpose**

VAS Support Engineer is responsible for Providing 1st and 2nd level support for customer complains in order to solve problems timely and according to ISP Quality Standards in order to maintain Company Image and Customer Satisfaction and Loyalty

**Report To Position Name**
- 1st level of troubleshooting of web service,
- Hosting Services Consultancy for all windows and Linux services hosting at customer premises
- Following up on all hosting customers inquiries and requests
- Handling customers visits to Data center
- Handling difficult technical problems to resolve them efficiently and effectively

**Qualifications**

**QUALIFICATIONS_ESSENTIAL**

University Degree. B. Sc Communication or Computer Science
Good Communication Skills.
Good Reporting & Presentation Skills
MCSE& MCSA Certification is a plus
Linux Certification is a plus
Operating system& Internet services (mail, DNS, web)

**QUALIFICATIONS_DESIRABLE**

**EXPERIENCE_ESSENTIAL**

1-3 Years experience

Solid background of IT system
