Job Summary:
Key Responsibilities:
Website Management:
Design, manage, and update company websites to ensure a seamless user experience.

Monitor website performance and implement SEO best practices to enhance search engine rankings.

Content Creation:
Develop and manage a content calendar, including blog posts, articles, and social media updates.

Create high-quality photos, videos, reels, and animations to engage our audience across various digital platforms.

Write compelling and SEO-friendly blog content to drive organic traffic and enhance brand visibility.

Social Media Management:
Manage and grow the company's presence on social media platforms such as Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, and Twitter.

Develop and implement social media strategies to increase engagement and followers.

Digital Advertising:
Plan and execute paid advertising campaigns on platforms like Facebook, Instagram, Google Ads, and others.

Monitor and analyze campaign performance, adjusting strategies to maximize ROI.

SEO and Analytics:
Conduct keyword research and implement SEO strategies to improve organic search rankings.

Utilize analytics tools to track, measure, and report on the performance of digital marketing efforts.

Provide actionable insights and recommendations based on data analysis.

Collaboration and Strategy:
Work closely with the startup teams to understand their marketing needs and objectives.

Develop and execute comprehensive digital marketing plans that align with the company's goals.

Stay updated on the latest digital marketing trends and technologies to keep the company at the forefront of the industry.

Key Performance Indicators (KPIs):
Website Traffic:
Increase in website visitors and engagement metrics.

Improvement in organic search rankings and SEO performance.

Content Engagement:
Growth in social media followers, likes, shares, and comments.

High engagement rates on blog posts, videos, and other content.

Advertising ROI:
Effective management of digital ad budgets.

Increase in leads and conversions from paid ad campaigns.

SEO Performance:
Higher rankings for targeted keywords.

Increase in organic traffic and search visibility.

Analytics and Reporting:
Accurate tracking and reporting of key metrics.

Actionable insights leading to improved marketing strategies.

Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.

Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in digital marketing.

Strong understanding of SEO, SEM, and web analytics.

Proficiency in digital marketing tools and platforms, including Google Analytics, AdWords, and social media management tools.

Excellent creative skills with experience in photography, video editing, and graphic design.

Strong written and verbal communication skills.

Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously.

Fluency in English; knowledge of Arabic is an advantage.
