**Job Summary**:
The Sales Agent will be responsible for acquiring rental properties from owners by convincing them to sign contracts with Somakey for property management services. This role requires a highly motivated, persuasive, and customer-focused individual who can effectively communicate the benefits of Somakey’s services to property owners.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Lead Generation**:

- Identify and target potential property owners who may be interested in renting out their properties.
- Use various methods to generate leads, including online research, networking, and referrals.
- **Client Engagement**:

- Build and maintain strong relationships with potential clients, understanding their needs and addressing any concerns.
- **Sales Presentations**:

- Prepare and deliver compelling sales presentations to property owners, highlighting the advantages of partnering with Somakey.
- Demonstrate in-depth knowledge of Somakey’s services and the rental market to build credibility and trust.
- **Negotiation and Closing**:

- Negotiate terms and conditions of management contracts with property owners.
- Close deals effectively, ensuring all necessary documentation is completed accurately and promptly.
- **Market Analysis**:

- Stay informed about market trends, competitor activities, and potential opportunities in the rental market.
- Provide feedback to the management team on market conditions and client needs.
- **Reporting**:

- Maintain accurate records of all sales activities, client interactions, and contract details.
- Provide regular reports on sales performance and pipeline status to the Sales Manager.

**Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)**:

- **Lead Conversion Rate**:

- Number of leads converted into signed contracts.
- Percentage of successful deals compared to the total number of leads.
- **Client Acquisition**:

- Number of new property owners onboarded each month.
- Growth in the portfolio of managed properties.
- **Sales Volume**:

- Total value of rental properties acquired for management.
- Revenue generated from new contracts.
- **Client Satisfaction**:

- Positive feedback and satisfaction ratings from property owners.
- Low churn rate of clients.
- **Market Penetration**:

- Increase in market share within the designated region.
- Successful penetration into new segments or areas.

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
- Minimum of 2-3 years of sales experience, preferably in real estate or property management.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Excellent negotiation and closing abilities.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and CRM software.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Fluency in English; knowledge of Arabic is an advantage.
