**Job Title**: Sales Outdoor Agent
**Location**: Upper Egypt (Hurghada-Aswan-Minya)

**Responsibilities**:

- Manage sales leads generated from outbound upselling campaigns and online purchase requests.
- Follow up on all leads until the completion of the Porting-In or Activation process, ensuring contracts and documents are uploaded accurately on Orange Systems.
- Identify and acquire new non-Orange customers through personal referrals and connections.
- Cross-sell Orange products, such as Home 4G, during scheduled customer visits.
- Handle VIP and Top Management referrals for Mobile Number Portability (MNP) and Sales Outdoor visits.
- Develop and implement innovative sales strategies to boost customer acquisition and revenue growth.
- Leverage personal contacts to organize and execute sales events in local institutions such as schools, universities, and syndicates.

**Requirements**:

- 0 to 2 years of experience in sales or a similar field.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage customer relationships effectively.
- Strong sales acumen with a proactive and customer-focused approach.
