About you and this role

As an Administrative Support Specialist, you will provide specialized administrative support to leadership and teams. You will exercise considerable discretion and independent judgment in managing the flow of work within your area of responsibility. Working with a limited degree of supervision, you will have full authority of the supported leader(s).

Responsibilities / Duties- Maintain an in-depth understanding of your role and provide professional administrative support, meeting tight deadlines in a fast-paced environment.- Independently schedule meetings and events, manage the visitor process, and coordinate department or group events.- Exhibit clear and concise communication skills, creating open channels of communication and handling sensitive/confidential information with discretion.- Arrange complex domestic and international travel, prepare itineraries, and manage complex calendar and time management.- Advocate for safety behaviors, manage TER reporting, and ensure adherence to company policies. Build and maintain relationships, promote partnerships within and between teams, and drive a culture of trust and transparency.- Act as Focal point for the ERG's and support their periodic activities. Support in creating Purchase orders, Purchase requisition and vendors codes for offices and business needs- Coordinate with the internal/external stakeholders, CSR project and events

Qualifications- Bachelor degree- Clear and concise verbal and written communication skills.- Excellent organizational skills and results-oriented.- Good time management skills.

Additional Notes- This role requires a high level of integrity and a strong focus on customer and safety.-
- Experience in engaging with global/regional experts and implementing best practices is highly valued.- Responsible for North Africa, as we have 3 offices, Morocco, Algeria and Egypt
