As an IT Specialist, you will be responsible for managing and maintaining the company's IT infrastructure with a focus on Windows patching, Azure cloud services, and network management. Your role will involve ensuring the security, reliability, and efficiency of the company's IT systems through effective patch management, cloud services optimization, and network monitoring.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Perform Windows patching and updates on servers and endpoints to ensure system security and stability.
- Monitor and maintain network systems to ensure high availability and performance.
- Troubleshoot and resolve IT issues related to Windows systems, Azure services, and network connectivity.
- Implement security best practices to protect the company's IT assets and data.
- Collaborate with IT teams to plan and implement IT projects related to Windows patching, Azure services, and network enhancements.
- Stay current with industry trends and technologies related to Windows systems, cloud services, and networking.
- Tier 1 technical support as needed.

**Qualifications and Skills**:

- Bachelor's degree in computer science, Information Technology, or related field.
- Proven experience in managing Windows patching, Azure cloud services, and network systems.
- Proficiency in Windows Server administration and patch management.
- Experience with Azure cloud services, including VMs, networking, and storage.
- Knowledge of network protocols, security practices, and troubleshooting techniques.
- Certifications such as MCSE, Azure Administrator, or CCNA are a plus.
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.
