*Profile requirement:*
- Willing to relocate to KL Central, Malaysia
- Able to read/write/speak in native Japanese
- Basic English is required, for training, Tools & knowledge base are all in English.
- Proficient in Technical Skills (unlike the Basic LOB, ProSupport requires good technical

skills)

*Technical Skills Requirement:*

PC hardware Knowledge:
1. Understanding of the physical components of a PC and its architecture

2. Able to diagnose hardware problems on both laptops and desktops and has knowledge

of PC components and their functionalities.

3. Small-Medium sized storage/server knowledge is an added advantage

PC Software:
1. Comprehensive knowledge of the operating system Windows/Linux (installation, setup,

activation, diagnose issues)

2. Comprehensive knowledge of Microsoft bundles (setup, installation, activation, diagnose

issues)

3. Anti-virus & malware support.

(For TA) Not necessarily relevant IT skills:
1. Programmers & software developers

2. Network specialists

3. Database specialists

4. Application Support, Software testers & debuggers

5. IT helpdesk without troubleshooting (eg, coordinator to raise and assign tickets between

users and vendors)
- Customer Base:*

1. End-users’ consumers: for personal use computers

2. Commercial: In house IT technicians

3. Field Services Engineers: calls for extended support

*Product Range:*

Laptops, Desktops, peripherals (Mouse, Keyboard, printers, projectors, dongles. Etc)

Support Channels:

- Voice (outbound) (10%-20% of the work)

Pay: E£11,000.00 per month
