- Strong interpersonal, leadership and communications skills.
- Ability to provide timely responses to client base, providing sound legal advice with appropriate business perspective.
- Able to influence colleagues at all levels of the organization.
- Tracking and managing the high-risk legal matters (e.g. investigations by local authorities, legal compliance projects).
- Working on optimization of negotiations and contracting processes.
- Advising business on key developments, strategy and other key decisions.
- Monitor new legislation and regulation and provide input into the process.
- Drafting different policies.
- Excellent knowledge and understanding of Egyptian administrative law, administrative contracts and bid and tenders procedures.
- Dealing with external legal counsel.

Education And Skills
- Graduation from accredited law school;
- Master's degree in Law preferred;
- Excellent/Fluent English and Arabic language skills - written and oral;
- Excellent time management and organizational skills.
