Sourcer

What you’ll be doing:
Bringing smiles is what we do at TTECfor you and the customer. As a Sourcer working onsite or hybrid in Cairo, you’ll be a part of creating and delivering amazing customer experiences while you also #experienceTTEC, an award-winning employment experience and company culture.

You’ll report to the Sr Manager, Talent Acquisition for EMEA. In this role, you’ll impact the business through your sourcing initiatives.

During a Typical Day, You’ll:

- Build and maintain a talent pool for our key roles and languages
- Conducting comprehensive market and competitor’s analysis
- Measuring and reporting on sourcing metrics
- Follow up with internal referrals

What You Bring to the Role:

- At least 1 years’ experience in a sourcing role
- Excellent English skills, written and spoken; A second EMEA language is advantageous
- Experience with Taleo or similar ATS
- Experience in multinational environment (especially in BPO sector) as a plus
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills
- Adaptable individual who can work in a fast-paced, change driven environment
- Positive attitude and drive for success
- Strong attention to detail
