Description

**Maintain Data on EC**:
Maintain the accuracy of the personal data on EC for staff including, biographical data, Educational information. Previous experience and employment data and address and contact information
Update data upon expiration or change through the HRIS workflows such as (national IDs, military service status and etc.,)
Record various staff events including (resignations, penalties. Maternity and unpaid leaves, and Contract renewal durations).

**Attendance and leaves**:
- Monitor and handle the staff vacations and assist them in case of any inquires and communicate with the division heads and managerial levels in order to ensure that the bank’s policy is applied.
Validate the special vacation requests with the documents provided on the HRIS workflows including Paternity, Grievance and pilgrimage leave
Adjust the annual leave balances for the staff on unpaid leaves.
Monitor the attendance of the staff and report in case of any violation.

Overtime and Meal Allowances

Revise the overtime sheet requests with the sign and out times on the HRIS system for meal allowance and overtime financial calculation.

**Staff Contract Renewal Cycle**:
Enhance in the Contract renewal cycle by revising extracted reports and recording new contract renewal durations and filing the notification letters In the Archived employee file.

**Reports**:
Prepare leave encashment report on monthly basis for resigned and pension staff in order to release them after checking their vacation balances asper their last working day (Current & previous year balances, Holiday compensations and consumed days) in order to be revised and approved by the department head to be sent to the payroll team for paying the amounts.
Prepare the leave encashment Extract attendance reports on monthly basis including analytical aspects as per the management needs to be communicated with the Division Heads.
