- face selling techniques.Planning and measuring daily business activitiesContinuously generate prospect customers.Achieving the given business targets.Develop necessary business performance reports.Assisting sales executives to achieve the team goals.Leading and coaching the sales team by field double visits.Controlling Account Executives activities, through their daily reports.Enhancing Account Executives morale by continuous training and motivation programs.Use company resources in a proper manner.Operate at all times with the highest standards of personal integrity.Developing the business relationship between Deraya and key decision makers at Client’s organization.Business planning and analysis.Managing reporting and office work
Bachelor’s Degree from a reputable university.Solid experience in sales, Real Estate experience is a plus.7+ years of experience at Least.Very good command of English language.Excellent communication and negotiable skills.
