**We expect you to do the following**:
- Strategy Development: Develop and execute a comprehensive digital marketing strategy aligned with the company's overall marketing and business objectives.
- Online Advertising: Plan and manage online advertising campaigns, including pay-per-click (PPC) advertising, social media ads, display ads, and other forms of online promotions.
- SEO and SEM: Oversee search engine optimization (SEO) efforts to improve organic search visibility and search engine marketing (SEM) campaigns to drive targeted traffic through paid search placements.
- Social Media Management: Manage and maintain the company's presence on various social media platforms, creating engaging content, monitoring conversations, and building a strong online community.
- Content Creation: Coordinate the creation of high-quality and relevant content, including blog posts, articles, videos, infographics, and other multimedia formats, to attract and engage the target audience.
- Analytics and Reporting: Monitor and analyse the performance of digital marketing campaigns using tools like Google Analytics, social media insights, and other relevant platforms. Provide regular reports and insights to demonstrate the effectiveness of campaigns and suggest improvements.
- Conversion Rate Optimization (CRO): Continuously analyse website and landing page performance, identifying opportunities to improve user experience and increase conversion rates.
- Marketing Automation: Implement and manage marketing automation tools to streamline and optimize marketing processes, including lead nurturing, segmentation, and personalized content delivery.
- Budget Management: Plan and allocate the digital marketing budget effectively across various channels and campaigns, ensuring the best possible return on investment (ROI).
- Team Management: Lead and manage a team of digital and offline marketing professionals
- Stay Updated: Keep up to date with the latest digital marketing trends, tools, and technologies to ensure the company remains competitive and innovative in its digital efforts.
- Partnerships and Collaborations: Collaborate with internal teams, external agencies, and partners to align digital marketing efforts with broader business initiatives.
- Online Reputation Management: Monitor and manage the company's online reputation by addressing customer reviews, comments, and feedback on various platforms.
**Who are you?**
- Education: A bachelor's degree in marketing, advertising, communications, business administration, or a related field.
- Experience: Typically, 7-15years of experience in digital marketing roles.
- Strategy Development: Proven experience in creating and implementing successful digital marketing strategies that align with overall business goals.
- Team Leadership: Strong leadership skills.
- Analytical Skills: Ability to analyse data from various sources (Google Analytics, social media insights, etc.) to make informed decisions, optimize campaigns, and demonstrate ROI.
- SEO and SEM Proficiency: In-depth knowledge of search engine optimization techniques, keyword research, and experience with managing search engine marketing campaigns.
- Social Media Mastery: Expertise in creating, curating, and managing content on various social media platforms, as well as running paid social media campaigns.
- Content Strategy: Experience in developing content strategies that resonate with target audiences and support overall marketing goals.
- Data Analysis and Reporting: Ability to use data visualization tools and generate insightful reports on campaign performance and KPIs.
- Marketing Technology: Familiarity with marketing automation tools, CRM systems, and other relevant software to streamline marketing processes.
- Budget Management: Proficiency in managing digital marketing budgets, allocating resources effectively, and optimizing spending for maximum ROI.
- Creativity: A creative mindset to develop innovative and engaging digital campaigns that capture the audience's attention.
- Communication: Strong written and verbal communication skills to effectively convey ideas, collaborate with cross-functional teams, and engage with customers online.
