**Job Objective** : As the Marketing Coordinator, you will be responsible for supporting the development and execution of EMIR's marketing activities across various digital marketing channels, including social media, digital advertising as well as web and app management. Working closely with the marketing team, you will play a crucial role in implementing and managing EMIR's digital marketing efforts to achieve the company's marketing goals.
**Duties & Responsibilities**: Optimize Social and Digital Media 1) Create meaningful, engaging content plans across formats and channels on behalf of EMIR, its CEO as well as other senior staff 2) Set and optimise monthly social content calendars based on the publishing schedule, upcoming events, cultural moments, holidays, and internal requests, etc 3) Manage and maintain the company's social media accounts (Instagram, Twitter, YouTube, Facebook, LinkedIn), including content creation, scheduling, and engagement 4) Work with copywriters, designers and content creators to ensure content is informative and appealing 5) Analyse and report on campaign performance metrics and provide insights for optimization 6) Monitor, research, and stay ahead of industry developments, creative trends, and culturally relevant moments to push our digital media forward.
