**The Role**:
**What’s the role?**

The scope of influence and accountability for this role includes meeting the needs for our channel marketing teams such as loyalty programs, paid Search Engine Marketing, channel Digital Video, Social Media, Websites, sales and customer digital content platforms, e.g.Microsites, eCommerce, SEO, Ratings and Reviews and Digital Display Marketing and represent our Rimula and Helix brands and key customer marketing needs.

The Digital Marketing Manager will ensure the digital strategy is aligned to meet the channel marketing team needs and is clearly communicated to marketing both locally and globally as well as sales.
- This role will pay a key role in helping to define and influence the long-term digital roadmap. Digital Marketing has been identified as one of the key areas for growth and marketing emphases to meet Shell’s strategic roadmap objectives.
- Drive measurement and optimization of key digital marketing tools and programs and will report to the Marketing Team lead. Areas of responsibility include: Execute the Search Engine Optimization strategy for channel marketing Manage the appropriate agencies to support our digital needs.
- Responsible for the strategic direction for channel Paid Search Campaigns, including supporting customer specific campaigns Online website development and maintenance Support sales use of mobile sales enablement tools. This also includes ensuring the availability of all appropriate materials to support sales.
- Manage on-going Digital content development by partnering with the brand and channel teams Direct the on-going health and expansion of the digital loyalty programs.
- Development of our Digital CRM and Marketing Automation strategy, working thorough existing channel conflicts Plan and execute online campaigns and partner with global brand teams for content development including digital display, targeted on-line videos, and promotion support
- Ensure execution of channel social media, promotional support Develop and provide regular updates related to digital program management reporting, ROI evaluation and optimization Provide regular digital and social media insights.
- Responsible for forecasting budget spend, process invoices, PIRs and report monthly commitments to carefully manage resources
- Utilize a strong knowledge of market dynamics, competitive positioning, and research insights to advise appropriate brand and channel needs.
- Building effective relationships with both brand and channel teams to deepen our business partnerships and bring ideas to the table that benefit both Shell and our customers.
- Facilitate relationship with agencies that support digital tools - creative/digital media/social media/websites Support eCommerce strategy development and execution of plans, as needed
