Managing Visa section. - Helping the team to manage the customers’ requests and providing advice in preparing the visas files. - Will be the process owner of client’s requests and ensuring they are service and guided well from the start to finish of visa issuance process. - Liaising with different embassies as and when required. - Taking the full responsibility off all visa issues and to be updated with any changes to embassies. - Develop a monthly report to indicate the total number of issued visas and medical insurance.
- Minimum 5 years of same experiences with at least 3 years managing staff. - Strong knowledge of European & Far East countries visa rules & regulations. - Result oriented and able to work under pressure. - Excellent English Language Level (writing -understanding). - Excellent communication skills” Oral & Written”, excellent time management skills and excellent leadership skills.
