**Responsibilities**:

- Carry on tendering activities including the comparisons between the bidders and handling negotiation meetings.
- Cost Estimation and production of Pre-Tender Estimates.
- Identify possible value engineering ideas.
- Performing quantity take off and produce cost plans and Bills of Quantities.
- Make sure that all costs and quantity records are streamlined and kept in order.
- Mentoring and training junior quantity surveyors.
- Delivering high quality services and ensuring that cost management deliverables meet customers’ requirements deliverables in accordance with the business procedures.

**About You**:
Qualifications:

- Bachelor’s degree in construction management or civil engineering.
- 4-7 years post graduate demonstrable experience in different aspects of quantity surveying and construction methods and materials.
- Clear and concise verbal and written communication skills
- Strong analytical and logical skills
- Ability to work under pressure and tight deadlines.
- Ability to think creatively and identify cost saving opportunities.
- BIM Knowledge is preferred.
- Sound knowledge and practical experience of cost estimating and cost planning techniques.
- Working knowledge of construction procurement strategies, including tendering and contract strategies.
- Be able to work as part of a team.
