**Role Purpose**:
Cost and Planning lead for the Risk and Compliance function will be reporting into the COO organization and will support COO in the cost and planning to allow for proper oversight and analysis. The cost and planning lead will ensure COO has visibility on the costs related to risk and compliance, key issues, budgetary consideration, activities, and provide visibility to the CRO and CCO heads.

Responsibilities of Cost and Planning lead include financial management and people management processes, adhering to bank policies, governance and MI. In addition, this area is responsible for management of consultancy spend and management of Risk and Compliance growth. Cost and Planning lead role will be responsible for supporting COO in delivering against these objectives.

This role will assist building effective HCP management framework, streamline cost and planning processes, identify synergies across the cost and planning domain and properly analyse the intercompany charges document the changes and keep up to date records.

**Impact on the Business**
- Implementing a consistent and effective approach for cost and planning across the risk and compliance.
- Managing and monitoring the cost centers.
- Ensuring the identification and implementation of best practice across the organization to enable the highest operational standards.
- Defining and adopting best practice through collaborating with our key business partners (e.g. Finance, DBS, LoB leads)
- Co-ordinate the MI & Governance processes for reporting to the key risk and compliance stakeholders’ meetings.
