Business Development Executive Travel

About the Role:
- Key Responsibilities:
- Promote and sell Saudi Arabia-based travel products, including hotels, flights, land arrangements, and MICE to international travel agencies.
- Build and manage relationships with travel agencies and tour operators in various international markets.
- Actively prospect and generate new business opportunities with travel agencies and partners.
- Handle inquiries, provide quotes, and negotiate prices for hotels, flights, and land arrangements.
- Support travel agencies with product knowledge and ensure they are well-informed about available services
- . - Assist in resolving any issues or challenges faced by international partners. - Maintain a deep understanding of the Saudi Arabian travel market, including key destinations, trends, and competitor offerings.
- Achieve sales targets and OKRs set by management.
- Job Requirements:
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in the travel sales (B2B sector), preferably hotel sales, tour operators, B2B platforms, DMCs (Destination Management Companies), or similar roles.
- Strong knowledge of travel industry systems, including B2B platforms, booking engines, and CRM tools. - Advanced knowledge of Excel functions and other MS systems.
- Experience in managing relationships with international travel agencies. - Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving business growth. - Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills. - Fluent in English (additional languages are a plus).
- Self-motivated, proactive, and able to work independently with mínimal supervision. - Ability to understand and adapt to the needs of international travel markets.
- Knowledge of Saudi Arabian travel destinations, culture, and attractions is a plus. - Ability to work from Egypt's office with occasional travel if required.
