Business Development Manager

Key Responsibilities:
Business Growth & Strategy:
1. Develop and implement a comprehensive business development strategy to drive revenue growth and expand the consultancy's client base.
2. Identify and pursue new business opportunities in executive search, recruitment outsourcing, and HR consulting services.
3. Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify trends, client needs, and areas for service differentiation.
4. Collaborate with leadership to define sales targets, pricing strategies, and service offerings that align with market demand.
Client Acquisition & Relationship Management:
5. Build and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers, HR directors, and business leaders to secure long-term partnerships.
6. Engage with prospective clients through networking events, meetings, and strategic outreach to introduce HR solutions tailored to their needs.
7. Lead the negotiation and closing of contracts, ensuring alignment with business goals and client expectations.
8. Provide consultative sales support by understanding client pain points and recommending appropriate HR solutions.
Marketing & Brand Positioning:
9. Work closely with the marketing team to develop targeted campaigns, presentations, and sales materials to attract potential clients.
10. Represent the consultancy at industry events, conferences, and networking forums to enhance brand visibility and credibility.
11. Develop case studies, testimonials, and success stories to showcase the firm's expertise and achievements.
Operational & Financial Performance:
12. Track and analyze business development performance, including conversion rates, revenue growth, and client retention metrics.
13. Prepare reports and forecasts for senior management, providing insights and recommendations for improving sales and service delivery.
14. Collaborate with the HR consulting team to ensure seamless execution of client projects and delivery of high-quality services.
Qualifications & Experience:
Bachelors degree in Business Administration, HR, Marketing, or a related field (MBA preferred).
5+ years of experience in business development, sales, or client management, preferably within an HR consultancy, recruitment firm, or professional services industry.
Strong understanding of HR services, including executive search, recruitment process outsourcing (RPO), talent management, and HR consulting.
Proven track record of achieving revenue targets, closing deals, and building long-term business relationships.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
Strong networking abilities with existing industry contacts in HR and corporate sectors.
Ability to develop and execute strategic sales plans in a competitive market.
Must have great network in the GCC market.
