Today, we are recruiting for a **Logistics Interface Coordinator **to join our team in Egypt. This is an excellent career opportunity for professionals from Rail /Transportation Business looking to join a truly international team.

**What are my responsibilities?**
- Coordinate timely and accurate shipments.
- Review to ensure the accuracy of shipping documents.
- Follow up on the shipping documents during the approval process inside NAT.
- Monitoring shipments, deliveries, timelines.
- Review the customs broker's invoices before payment.
- Resolve problems concerning transportation, logistics systems, imports or exports, or customer issues and refer to the manager if and when required.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with the client.
- Maintain relationship with authorities (Customs, NTRA, National securityetc)
- Follow up with NTRA to obtain the required approvals.
- Facilitate the road permits for special shipments.
- Interface with service providers to ensure the safety, quality, availability, and reliability of the logistics execution.
- Update the logistics management system (LMS) with shipments information.
- Maintain and review the onshore shipping schedule for the local deliveries.
- Support the logistics manager for continuous improvement for logistics operation level.
- Manage the local transportation, and equipment (Forklift, Crane...etc) if needed.
- Ensuring adherence to laws, regulations, and policies.

**What do I need to qualify for this job?**
- Bachelor's degree in Logistics or Business Administration.
- Minimum 5 years’ experience in customer service or logistics.
- Fluency in English and Arabic is required.
- Good skills using Microsoft Office
