Today, we are recruiting for an **EHS Permit Manager **to Join our Team in Egypt. This is an excellent career opportunity for professionals looking to join a truly international team in one of the biggest projects of Siemens Mobility.
**What are my responsibilities?**
- Implementing & monitoring the compliance of the EHS & Permit procedures as part of the Consortium Joint Venture.
- Supporting contractors & sub-contractors with the EHS strategy and procedures, permits and lost prevention inspections.
- Monitoring the EHS permit coverage coordinate the permit issuing supervision of works by CJV & SMO.
- Coordinating with the SMO, consortium and contractors regarding the EHS & permit requirements.
- Maintaining the EHS Permit process on-site to ensure compliance with EHS & IFC guidelines.
- Conducting weekly reviews of the site areas in line with permit and EHS work requirements.
- Reviewing MSRA in line with permit works.
- Conducting simultaneous construction operations coordination meetings and permit requirements as required.
- Reviewing construction permits and work requirements with required interfacing.
- Ensuring all nominated permit holders are trained and authorized.
- Conducting weekly internal audits inspection at project sites in line with the consortium EHS team.
- Preparing monthly technical permit reports to be submitted to the EHS consortium manager inclusive of any breaches or permit stops.
- Preparing observation and NCR reports as required.
- Promoting EHS within the project.
**What do I need to qualify for this job?**
- Engineering Degree
- 7 years of experience in same position in a multinational Environment
- NEBOSH Certificate
- NEBOSH Certification - HSE Management Systems - ISO 45001 - OHSAS 18001 - Accident & Incident Investigation - Risk assessment
