**Key Responsibilities**:
**Direct Sales**:
Promote and sell our smart home solutions directly to clients.
Conduct product demonstrations and presentations to showcase the benefits and features of our products.
**Channel Sales**:
Establish and maintain relationships with interior designers, contractors, and consultants to drive sales through partnerships.
Collaborate with channel partners to understand client needs and provide tailored solutions.
**Client Relationship Management**:
Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to understand their smart home requirements.
Provide excellent customer service and support throughout the sales process.
**Market Research**:
Stay informed about industry trends, competitor products, and emerging technologies in the smart home sector.
**Requirements**:
Experience: 0-2 years of sales experience, preferably in the smart home solutions or related industry.
Transportation: Must have a valid driver's license and own a car for client visits and business-related travel.
Language Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
Appearance: Maintain a professional and representative appearance.
**Qualities**:
Results-oriented with a proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Strong interpersonal and negotiation skills.
Technical aptitude and the ability to understand and articulate complex technological concepts.
**Education**:
Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business, Marketing, or a related field (preferred).
