**Responsibilities may include the following and other duties may be assigned**:

- Provides centralized human resource administration and support across a variety of processes and programs including Global Rewards, Global Talent & Leadership Development, Global HR Operations and Employee Relations
- Collaborate with the Human Resources function to establish operational standards and procedures, ensuring accurate responses to customer inquiries, efficient transaction processing, and effective administration of HR programs and processes
- Utilize key systems such as Workday, ServiceNow, and the Microsoft Office suite
- Generate and provide reports to customers, following up to address and satisfy their needs
- Support inquiries related to labor law.

**Required Knowledge and Experience**:

- University degree from relevant universities
- Minimum 2 years of experience in a similar position
- Excellent command of MS Office programs
- Excellent communication, interpersonal and time management skills and ability to work in cross functional teams
- Active and good listener, team player, effective problem solving skills, result and quality orientation
- Native Arabic speaker and fluent in English of both written and spoken.
