The Enablement Organization is looking for an International Lead to conduct and schedule training sessions, workshops, and content for our International theaters. As the IEL, you will partner with the International leadership team to drive enablement-related activities for the sales, technical, and channel International SecurID employees. You will be responsible for scheduling and delivering live trainings, onboarding new hires, and driving overall company vision for the International branch of SecurID. You will work closely with Marketing, Operations, Sales, Technical Team, Channel, and the rest of the Enablement organization in your efforts to ensure success.

**Principal Responsibilities**:

- Lead training efforts and orientation sessions for new Sales Executives and Managers on the sales process and use of technology tools for International
- Assist with planning and preparation of regular sales training sessions for International
- Build relationships across the business and partner closely with leadership in International Sales Product Marketing, Customer Success, and Marketing to understand strategic business goals and core competencies for each org
- Design, develop, and deploy learning programs to include new hire onboarding, product knowledge, day-to-day tools, and content
- Manage delivery and execution of multiple International training projects simultaneously.
- Partner with the APAC, EMEA and LATAM Enablement Business Partners and Sales Development Leaders to determine training needs, skills gaps and learning reinforcement requirements and to create the required regional and Operating Unit specific enablement solutions
- Responsible for the delivery of programs to drive sales enablement and education across the International organization
- Develop, manage, and communicate status of projects across teams in support of a common goal
- Flexibility is key to provide training across the globe with an understanding of international cultures

**Skills**:

- Experience partnering with business leaders within complex, global companies to develop business objectives, solve problems, and implement effective strategies.
- Experience deploying sales methodologies.
- Ability to manage multiple projects concurrently in a fast-paced, constantly changing environment.
- Demonstrated knowledge of best practices, methodologies, and technologies to drive results and operational efficiencies.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills. Ability to deliver live and recorded trainings to large audiences.
- Ability to work independently and lead teams when necessary.
- Must be willing to tackle change management aspects of enablement programs.
- Will work with the Sales Operations team, sales representatives, and leadership across the business to understand the company landscape.

**Experience**:

- 5+ years experience working in an enablement, sales, or training function.
