**The team for you to join**

Oterra, an EQT portfolio company, has an active M&A agenda with 3 acquisitions made in the past year (SECNA, Diana Foods and Food Ingredient Solutions) as well as strategic collaborations established with business partners. In order to drive the continued focus on acquisition driven growth in addition to organic growth we are seeking a new member of our business transformation team. The function is located at the HQ in Hørsholm, close to Copenhagen, Denmark.

**What would your role look like?**

You will be a key driver for Oterra’s M&A integration activities as well as cross-functional strategic projects. This means taking charge of the integration of a newly acquired company, negotiation of Transitional Service Agreements, monitoring financial performance in the company and tracking synergies during the integration phase. This is a role with high visibility and influence across the organization, and a rewarding opportunity to help shape the future of the company with your strong carve-out and integration capabilities (PMI).

**Who are we looking for?**

We are looking for a motivated colleague to fit into an ambitious and fast-paced setting. We need a true team player with a can-do attitude to lead the integration of newly acquired companies.

What we’d like to see:

- Solid experience with carve-out/integration is a pre-requisite likely from multiple years of experience from management consulting or from corporate strategy and business development roles
- An execution oriented mind, who is able to quickly understand both contractual constraints and cross functional interdependencies on the journey to realize synergies
- Innovative problem-solver with strong analytical and financial skills who is motivated to create financial transparency in the acquired companies (we use SAP S4 Hana)
- Pragmatic working style with the ability to weigh competing needs, prioritize and craft recommendations to accelerate value creation
- A team-worker with proven ability to work across functions in an organization with strong interpersonal and influencing skills as well as a down-to-earth attitude
- Excellent project management skills with demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
- Reliability, follow-through and hands-on mentality
