- Develop and implement training programs tailored to the needs of employees in mechanical, electrical, and industrial fields.
- Create curriculum and training materials covering safety procedures, equipment operation, maintenance techniques, and industry-specific regulations.
- Conduct engaging and informative training sessions for new hires and existing employees, utilizing a variety of instructional techniques and resources.
- Provide hands-on demonstrations, facilitate discussions, and deliver presentations to ensure effective learning and understanding.
- Assess trainee performance through quizzes, practical assessments, and evaluations, providing constructive feedback for improvement.
- Stay updated on advancements in mechanical, electrical, and industrial technologies, incorporating new developments into training programs.
- Ensure compliance with safety standards and regulations in all training materials and practices.
- Collaborate with other departments to align training initiatives with organizational goals and priorities.
- Foster a culture of continuous learning and development among employees, promoting engagement and motivation.

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or related field.
- Proven experience in training and development, preferably in a manufacturing or industrial environment.
- In-depth knowledge of mechanical systems, electrical components, and industrial processes.
- Strong presentation, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to effectively engage and motivate trainees of diverse backgrounds and skill levels.
- Demonstrated leadership abilities and a passion for supporting the growth and development of others.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to adapt training strategies to meet evolving needs.
- Certification in training and development (e.g., CPTD, CPLP) is a plus.
