We are hiring A "Customer Service Supervisor / Call Center Supervisor" for a Medical Center in Dammam, Saudi Arabia
**Job Summary**:
- He will be responsible for supervising customer services activities
- Will be responsible for organizing and overseeing the daily activities.
- Manage staff assignments and ensure compliance with policies
- Follow up on daily clinic schedule, securing smooth operation according to schedule
- Daily follow up on both Customer care and reception
- Optimize clinic utilization
- Handle and problem solve operational matters
- Maintain communication with both medical and admin staff to ensure target are achieved.
- Reviewing daily revenue with accounting team.
- solving customer complaints
- Orientation and training of newly hired staff
- Monitor staff performance and ensure compliance to policies and procedures
- Provide reports to management on regular basis.
- Follow up on new projects/programsetc.
- Perform other duties as required or necessary
**Requirements**:
- 3-7 years of experience in Customer Services with minimum 2 years of experience in supervision role
- Having experience in medical field is preferable
- Able to problem solve, attend to details, work under pressure
- Good communication and negotiation skills
- Good time management and setting priorities
- Able to supervise and control clinic staff
- Fluent both English and Arabic, speaking and writing
- Age range max 35
- Open to all nationalities
- Ready to travel to Dammam, KSA.
**Salary; Negotiable**
Pay: E£1.00 per month
