Mansoura, Egypt Power System Projects Co. (PSP) Full time

Supervise, equip and coach project managers to ensure the proper performance and successful delivery of all projects. - Follow up to ensure project managers are closely monitoring project execution and resolving project problems and taking early remedial actions. - Work with project managers and the project controls personnel to ensure regular, accurate and standardized reporting for all projects. - Follow up with project managers to ensure that every person working on projects has clearly defined goals and expectations. - Ensure that all projects undergo an internal monthly review of project status, in accordance with standard company procedures. - Interface and liaise with Client Management on project management issues. - Participates in projects steering committees and report to top management overall projects status and its financial analysis.
- University degree in Electrical or Mechanical Engineering. - Experience from 15 - 20 years in Power Generation Projects. - PMP Certified. - Fluent in written and spoken English.
