The IPRO Project Manager will oversee the MENA region projects from design to delivery, coordinating the various internal & external stakeholders. Leads the planning and implementation of CBU innovation, renovation, roll-out, and product-related productivity projects. Accountable for ensuring all launch and business criteria are achieved on multiple projects simultaneously. This includes the execution of projects to meet multiple project parameters, including project scope, market timing, cost, quality, multiple stakeholder expectations, and other defined and undefined requirements. Applies leading-edge web-based pipeline and project management processes and business/product development/supply chain knowledge, skills, tools, and techniques to meet or exceed customer expectations and achieve on-time ship-to-trade delivery.

**In this context, the IPRO Project manager will be responsible of**:

- Leading with mínimal supervision, and is accountable for, as one process, the planning, evaluation, and implementation of several innovations, renovation, roll-out, and product productivity projects.
- assessing project requests from the different teams. Providing preliminary technical, logístical, cost, timeline, customer service, risk/benefit, and other feasibility implications. Ensuring launch success criteria are clearly defined.
- Developing project implementation plans, including resource allocation, critical path timelines, and risk/contingency options. Ensuring project timelines include cross-functional input and decision points. Overseeing and ensuring alignment of critical workflows with the project plan.
- Ensuring that project activities/timelines for multi-faceted projects are integrated.
- Leading multi-site, cross-functional commercialization implementation teams and oversees coordination/execution of activities. Managing project scope, cost, timing, and quality. Identifying and resolving team/project issues that may impact deliverables.
- Managing project communication to business teams across the organization. Assessing and facilitating critical project decisions with business teams and/or sr. management to ensure project priorities are optimized.
- Managing project financial risk and contingency planning (COGS, CAPEX, etc.).
- Tracking process metrics and project success criteria. Reporting performance measures. Ensuring post-launch reviews are conducted.
- Conducting or facilitating root cause investigations when project or process deviations occur and identifying resolutions or corrective actions.
- Managing the different supply chain strategic activities related to Innovation & Product-related Productivity projects.
- May require the supervision and training of a project coordinator or activity manager.

**Key Performance Indicators**:
Value of the projects in scope, completeness, and accuracy of iPROview data (or equivalent data system to be used for innovation pipeline and project management), timeliness, and business performance of project launches vs expected business cases.

About you

**To be successful in the role you should ideally have**:
**Education & professional experience**:

- Bachelor's Degree relevant to the job scope.
- 3-5 years of project management experience, preferably in Initiatives or NPI projects.
- Computer skills, including demonstrated experience with electronic project management, resource management, and document workflow tools.
- Knowledge of Microsoft Project.
