**Purpose of the Job**:
Ensure excellent customer service is provided to customers in timely manner, by adhering to policies and standards to achieve highest satisfaction levels.
- Deliver exceptional service, resolve inquiries promptly, and exceed customer expectations to build lasting relationships
- Actively listen to customer concerns, identify solutions, and follow up to ensure resolution
- Provide clear and concise information to customers through various channels, fostering a positive experience
- Collaborate effectively with colleagues to achieve departmental goals and ensure seamless customer service
- Adhere to established customer service policies and procedures while meeting key performance indicators (KPIs)
- Contribute to maintaining and improving customer service standards through initiative and feedback
**Job Responsibilities - Experience and Education**:
- Bachelors degree in Business or related field
- 2 years of experience in a customer service role
