Sutherland Global Services is seeking talented individuals to join our dynamic customer service team. As a Customer Service Representative, you will be responsible for providing exceptional support to our clients' customers.

**Responsibilities**:

- Handle inbound calls
- Resolve customer inquiries and complaints
- Provide product information and assistance
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions
- Adhere to company policies and procedures

**Qualifications**:

- Fluency in English
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks
- Previous call center experience preferred, but not required
