**Job Title**: FSE/CCC Coordinator(Fixed-Term)

Fixed term CCC /FSE Coordinator, for one year with full time support working as customer service center agent to handle the 3rd party systems attached to Philips systems.

**Your role**:

- Directing telephone contacts or written inquiries to appropriate personnel.
- May answering non-technical questions regarding company products.
- Maintaining log of incoming "hotline" contacts.
- schedule field service repair calls.
- Handles requests for additional company materials and 3rd party systems.
- Maintains records of returns, schedule changes, product enhancements or changes and product pricing, and resolves return credit problems.

You are a part of Customer Service Center team and supporting Service Operations in Egypt.
