**Archer Manager 2, Facilities Management**

Archer Egypt is seeking a skilled and dedicated Facility Manager to join our team. As a Facility Manager at Archer, you will play a critical role in ensuring our facilities are efficiently managed, safe, and conducive to a productive work environment. You will be responsible for overseeing the maintenance, security, and overall operations of our physical spaces.

**Principal Responsibilities**:
1. Facility Operations:

- Manage the day-to-day operations of all company facilities, ensuring they meet operational needs and regulatory requirements.
- Oversee maintenance tasks, including repairs, renovations, and upgrades, to ensure a well-maintained and functional environment.
- Collaborate with external vendors, contractors, and service providers to coordinate facility-related projects.

2. Space Planning and Management:

- Optimize space utilization to accommodate company growth, departmental needs, and workflow efficiency.
- Plan and oversee office layout changes, seating arrangements, and facility expansions.

3. Health and Safety:

- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations and policies to maintain a safe working environment for employees and visitors.
- Implement emergency response plans and conduct regular safety drills.

4. Security:

- Implement security protocols and measures to safeguard company assets, information, and employees.
- Oversee access control systems, surveillance systems, and security personnel if applicable.

5. Budget Management:

- Develop and manage facility budgets, including expenses related to maintenance, repairs, utilities, and supplies.
- Identify cost-saving opportunities without compromising on facility quality and safety.

6. Vendor Management:

- Evaluate and select vendors for facility-related services, negotiate contracts, and ensure quality service delivery.
- Maintain strong relationships with vendors and monitor their performance.

7. Environmental Sustainability:

- Drive initiatives to promote sustainability, energy efficiency, and eco-friendly practices within the facilities.

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, or related field. Certification in Facility Management is a plus.
- Proven experience as a Facility Manager or in a similar role, with a track record of successfully managing facilities and teams.
- Strong knowledge of facility management principles, regulations, and best practices.
- Excellent organizational and multitasking skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
- Strong communication and interpersonal abilities, capable of collaborating with diverse teams and external partners.
- Proficiency in using facility management software and tools.
- Problem-solving aptitude and attention to detail.
- Familiarity with environmental and safety regulations.
- Strong leadership skills and the ability to lead a team of facility staff.
