Senior Sales Manager

**Your responsibilities**:
- Establishing and maintaining effective customer relationships to understand customer needs related to Power, Oil & Gas and Transportation sectors.
- Promoting customer understanding of full Grid Automation offering
- Ensuring a positive customer experience throughout the sales process.
- Maintaining and utilizing extensive network of contact both inside and outside the organization to achieve sales goals and objectives.
- Creating added value for the customer and Hitachi Energy and ensuring the successful outcome by using value-based selling.
- Negotiating contract conditions commercial, financial, and legal terms to improve terms & conditions.
- Complying with the risk management process to ensure cost efficiency.
- Full understanding of the sales process and related tools.
- Proactively working with customer to explore operational needs and expectation.
- Taking ownership of specific customer cases to ensure efficient customer issue resolution.
- Living Hitachi Energy’s core values of safety and integrity, which means taking responsibility for your own actions while caring for your colleagues and the business.
**Your background**
- A Master / bachelor’s degree in - electrical / mechanical engineering.
- 10+ years of experience in sales within the Power, Oil & Gas and/or Railway sector.
- Deep knowledge of Substation Automation, Communication for mission critical infrastructure and power utilities. Knowledge of SCADA, BESS and Enterprise Software solutions is an advantage.
- Proven communication skills, contract management and negotiation skills.
- Ability to travel within Egypt.
- Proficiency in both spoken & written Arabic and English is required.
