Developing and implementing health economics & outcomes research that effectively supports pricing, market access, and commercial objectives for the country.
- Building compelling value evidence / propositions for products and effectively communicating through value dossier submissions, customer facing tools, publications and other tools.
- Providing expertise and advice on study design, statistics and data analysis and promoting the use of rigorous statistical and epidemiologic methods in observational research and retrospective data analysis.
- Proactively seeking new emerging data opportunities with customers and managing existing external database resources.
- Interpreting findings from observational data analytic projects and communicating key insights and messages to HEOR and other cross-functional teams.
- Partnering with other functions (e.g., R&D, Medical Affairs, Regulatory Affairs and Marketing) to incorporate HEOR value propositions in product development from the earliest stages.
- Supporting KAMs to optimize local reimbursement and product listings.
- Collaborating with Scientific Operations teams (MSLs).
- Driving HEOR evidence generation for products.
- Sharing HEOR best practice and customizing Global/Regional tools for local implementation in support of reimbursement submissions.

**Minimum requirements**
- University degree: Business/Life Sciences/ Medicine/Public Health/Health Economics
- Post graduate degree in Health Economics and pricing is a plus
- Deep understanding of payer environment and evolution in country reimbursement and access experience would be preferred
- Knowledge of reimbursement processes and commercial principles
- Excellent analytical skills and ability to draw insights/derive viable strategic options for payers that offer opportunities to align cross-functionally to deliver superior value
- Cross-functional collaboration in strategy development with an advanced business mindset that represents organization, with vision and purpose, and a focus on fundamental healthcare systems thinking
- Proven experience credibly interacting and influencing stakeholders.
