Join our Commercial Excellence and Analytics team - Our focus is to ensure the successful commercial performance of the CEMA ( Central and Eastern Europe, the Middle East and Africa ) region. We ensure effective target setting and resource allocation within the region, whist supporting our commercial teams in Go to Market (GTM) strategy development and execution through robust analytics and data-driven decision making. We are responsible for the effective roll out, training and utilization of CRM (Lightning -SFDC), improving our sales effectiveness though targeted training and resources. We are responsible for the development and maintenance a robust Sales Incentive Plan (SIP) throughout the organization.

**A Day in the Life**
- Support the annual target setting process and liaise with team leaders
- Support in the maintenance of the sales structure within the organization (current and assignment of new joiners)
- Provide support with roll out and tracking of CRM (Lightning -SFDC) data and utilization
- Ensure proper utilization of the tools and dashboards by commercial organization to drive performance and data-driven decision making
- Ensure data integrity and accuracy of sales reports.
- Provide ad-hoc analytical support on sales performance and efficiency metric.

Act as liaison between business stakeholders and EMEA Commercial Skills Training team

**Must Haves**
- Recent graduate or pursuing a degree (in final year of studies) in business, economics, finance
- Recent graduate
- Fluent in English
- Fluent in Arabic
- Based in Cairo, Egypt
- Analytical mind-set and strong problem-solving skills
- Eager to learn and develop
- Strong collaborator and the ability to take initiative
- Advanced in MS Excel and PowerPoint

**Nice to Haves**
- Domain and interest in computer systems: SAP Business Object, CRM's (Salesforce)
- Previous experience in corporate setting
- Experience in Tableau/PowerBI or other Data Analytics Tools
- Interested in process optimizing and improvement

**Internship Details**
Start date: April
Work model: Hybrid
Duration: 6 months
