Remote Sales is designed to complement traditional field sales force that will enhance accessibility to product and service solutions for our customers and improve the overall customer experience.
Remote sales organization is specifically growing & maintaining sales revenue and supporting the sales execution in selected accounts.

This position is part of VES (Virtual Engagement Solutions), Team will work closely with the Field Sales & Marketing Team as well as the customer care, tender operation, commercial excellence.

**A Day in the Life**
- Remotely sells Cardiovascular Medtronic's products and retains end-user patients within an assigned geographic area and /or specific customer accounts for pre-defined territory locations to achieve or exceed assigned sales goals.
- Identify, develop and close leads for the business and refer on internal leads when appropriate.
- Provides input on new markets, new product introductions, and existing products or supplies.
- Promotes and establishes education of the company's products and/or services.
- Manages and responds to customer concerns and problems.
- Arranges demonstration of products by field sales representatives.
- Fully utilize all available sales tool to maximize sales efficiency (Sales Force Dot Com & Vendavo & Etc..) and complete all required administrative tasks (call reports and other KPI and metrics reports).

**Must Haves**
- Technical/Medical education degree.
- Field sales experience or customer service experience in the Pharma/Medical Devices industry.
- Experience and complete knowledge of pharma/medical devices products and services.
- Strong “remote” communication and selling skills accompanied with presentation/ communication skills over the phone & ability to track and close deals with customers.
- Excellent English communication skills written / Spoken.
- Experience min 3 years in pharma/medical industry.

**Nice to Haves**
- Remote Sales or Key Account Management experience.
- Commercial successful record, understanding capabilities, collaboration potential, innovation capabilities and achievement drive to deal closures.
- Knowledge of Cardiovascular devices.
