- Monitor project progress, identify potential risks, and implement mitigation strategies as needed.
- Conduct thorough risk assessments of OT systems, identifying vulnerabilities and potential threats.
- Develop and implement risk mitigation strategies to minimize the impact of cybersecurity incidents.
- Develop and maintain incident response plans for OT cybersecurity incidents.
- Lead the response to cybersecurity incidents, coordinating with internal teams and external stakeholders to ensure swift and effective resolution.
- Stay current with evolving OT cybersecurity technologies, tools, and trends.
- Provide technical guidance and hands-on support to the team in implementing cybersecurity solutions.
- Ensure compliance with relevant industry standards, regulations, and frameworks related to OT cybersecurity.
- Keep abreast of changes in regulations and assess their impact on OT cybersecurity practices.
- Maintain accurate records of cybersecurity activities, assessments, and remediation efforts.
- Generate reports for management and clients, conveying the status of cybersecurity services.

**Personal Skills**:

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for interacting with clients and cross-functional teams.
- Analytical mindset with the ability to assess risks and develop effective mitigation strategies.
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to make informed decisions under pressure.

**Technical Skills**:

- Relevant cybersecurity certifications (e.g., CISSP, CISM, GIAC) preferred.
- Proven experience in leading and managing cybersecurity teams in OT environments.
- Strong understanding of industrial control systems (ICS) and OT network architectures.
- In-depth knowledge of OT cybersecurity principles, technologies, and best practices.
- Proficiency in project management methodologies.
- Familiarity with industry regulations and standards (e.g., NIST, IEC 62443).
