Key Responsibilities:

- Prepare monthly payroll, incorporating new hires, processing final settlements for departing staff, and managing deductions or compensations.
- Oversee the onboarding and offboarding processes.
- Maintain employment records related to hiring, termination, leaves, transfers, promotions, and other assignments.
- Monitor and manage employee absences, issuing legal warnings as necessary.
- Coordinate travel arrangements including booking tickets.
- Handle all personnel activities and reporting, including Saudization, Iqama renewals, passport renewals, and contract authentication.
- Maintain and update employee files.
- Manage the medical insurance process, including updates, cancellations, and liaising with insurance providers.

- A Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or Business Administration is preferred.
- At least 3-5 years of experience in personnel and payroll, specifically in Egypt and KSA.
- Proficiency in HRIS and ERP HR systems.
- Strong experience in the KSA market.
- Excellent command of the English language, including speaking, reading, and writing.
- Solid understanding of personnel and human resources principles.
- Exceptional organizational and reporting skills.
- Advanced skills in Excel.
