One of our subsidiaries called Kalam, Kalam provides interpretation services and they are hiring for a Regional Talent Acquisition Specialist who will be responsible for hiring interpreters.
- Consult with hiring managers and the human resources team on position descriptions, requisition creation, compensation, and sourcing strategies.
- Arrange pre-employment testing, and background & reference screenings. Evaluation and input of our current vendors
- Place and update all job postings in various Media including internet/intranet sites, colleges, social networks, community boards, and staffing partners.
- Communicate with managers and employees regularly to promote the ATS referral program and internal opportunities.
- Create offer letters, maintain applicant tracking system, recruiting reports, and other staffing administration functions as needed.
- Conduct new employee onboarding, ensuring the process is engaging and that processes are followed and accurate

**Key Requirements**:

- 1-2 years of experience in recruitment (preferably in a call center, BPO, or agency).
- English C1 level upwards.
- Good knowledge of the ATS, CRM, job platforms, and LinkedIn.
- Available to work in the European time zone.
- International recruitment experience can be a plus.
- Familiar with KPIs.
