We are looking for a talented and dynamic Solutions Engineer to join our team. Someone who can easily combine their technical knowledge with their sales skills.

**What you'll do**:

- Making technical presentations and demonstrating how a product will meet client needs
- Managing and interpreting customer requirements into solutions using our services
- Assist other department engineers in creating practical demonstrations of proposed solutions and demonstrating them to other members of the team
- Document and monitor requirements needed to institute proposed updates in relation to customer experience
- Work alongside project management teams to successfully monitor progress and implementation of initiatives
- Account for possible project challenges or constraints and proactively seek to manage challenges
- Drive the product discovery process, helping uncover current and potential pain points and align their business objectives.
- Collaborating with sales teams to understand customer requirements and provide sales support.
- Create technical content (documentation, diagrams, sample code, videos, etc) on how to use the services and best practices.
- Help improve the services by working with the product and tech teams to address customer feedback and work on the product roadmap.
- Building MVP solutions for clients to demonstrate production examples
- Work with customer success to develop business solutions using our services.
- Soliciting and logging client feedback and evaluating the data.
- Providing pre-sales technical assistance and product education
- Training other members of the sales team on the technical aspects of the company's products and services.

- A bachelor's degree in engineering, computer science, or related field.
- Experience working directly with clients and businesses directly
- Strong communication, interpersonal skills.
- The ability to reiterate technical information to non-technical customers.
- Excellent technical and problem-solving skills.
- Basic experience with cloud services such as Google Cloud, AWS, etc
- Ability to work with various departments to facilitate the orderly execution of a proposed project or solution
