**Envision Employment Solutions** is currently looking for a** Engineering Manager** for one of our partners in the financial services industry.

**Job Summary**:
As an Engineering manager you will be Overseeing the development and delivery of high-quality software solutions, ensuring adherence to agile methodologies, and fostering a collaborative and innovative team culture.

**Responsibilities**:

- Lead and manage a team of software engineers, providing guidance, mentorship, and support to foster their professional growth and maximize their potential.
- Utilize.NET background to guide the team in architectural decisions, coding best practices, and technical problem-solving.
- Collaborate with product owners, stakeholders, and cross-functional teams to define project scope, goals, and deliverables.
- Foster a culture of collaboration and effective communication within the squad and across teams.
- Identify opportunities for process optimization, efficiency gains, and technology advancements.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with stakeholders, providing regular updates on project progress, risks, and dependencies.

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Software Engineering, or a related field.
- Proven experience as an Engineering Manager or similar leadership role in an agile software development environment.
- Strong background in.NET technologies, including C#, ASP.NET,.NET Core, or related frameworks.
- Solid understanding of agile methodologies,
- Proficiency in project management and delivery.
- Excellent leadership and people management skills.
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to make sound technical decisions.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Familiarity with cloud platforms, such as Azure or AWS, and knowledge of DevOps practices is a plus.
