As a Customer Order Specialist your responsibilities will encompass the complete cycle from order receipt to delivery, along with the associated reporting tasks.

**What you’ll do**
- Verify order availability and draft delivery proposals, offering alternatives as necessary.
- Update order statuses and escalate any discrepancies.
- Review complex orders for technical and commercial accuracy.
- Handle special order cases, combined shipments, and address issues with items missing or not functioning on arrival.
- Oversee the digital sales order creation process.
- Conduct monthly reports on order receipts, deliveries, sales, and inventory levels.
- Confirm and validate sales orders by cross-referencing and checking for accurate information.
- Oversee sales orders from confirmation to delivery and dispatch.
- Maintain and manage customer data accurately.
- Address customer inquiries and resolve complaints through multiple communication channels.
- Coordinate manual order processes for intricate projects, ensuring timely milestone deliveries and billing.
**Your qualifications**
- Degree / Diploma in Supply Chain / Logistics
- Strong customer orientation
- Speed & Execution mindset
- Communicates with impact
- Strong reporting and analytical skills
- Proficiency in English, French, and Arabic is a prerequisite for this position
