**Responsibilities**:

- Build and deploy a sharp, differentiated and consumer-resonant brand architecture for the Hydration & Energy brands and their extensions
- Support the Cat lead in driving long-term category growth and PEP+ agenda via breakthrough human centric thinking and effective partnerships with key stakeholders (Sector, IB, BUs, external partners and agencies)
- Lead the development of strategic brand plans and innovation pipelines for key markets within the region by partnering closely with Sector, IB and BU teams
- Demonstrate a deep understanding of beverage category and identify opportunities for lift & scale best practices
- Develop winning multi-market initiatives by deeply understanding market specific business needs. Lead the development & evolution of the brand positioning & communication within global guardrails. Ensure resonance across different markets and segments through sharp understanding of the regional/local market pulse.
- Lead development on Brands (thematic / platform / consumer engagement / campaigns) including localization of Global content on global brands
- Work closely with insights to build a robust track that ensures early pick up on key brand drivers for growth and against plans for Strat Plan and AOP. Closely monitor brand metrics, and ensure robust tracking of key programs.
- Develop strong consumer and trade relevant concepts for input into the planning process, aligning stakeholders and working with agency partners across creative, media, R&D and Packaging Teams.
- Partner with commercialization and R&D to develop the winning innovation concepts and flavours.

Qualifications:

- Bachelor degree or above, 10 yrs marketing or relevant experience
- Strong business acumen, strategic thinking and business analytical skills
- Be a Self-starter and Act as Owner
- Extreme entrepreneurial mindset
- Strong collaboration skills, ability to influence others and lead in a matrixed organization
- Strong communication and presentation skills, ability to interact confidently and effectively with others
