**The team you'll be part of**
The Customer Experience organization provides a common interface to customers including account and relationship management, acting as the voice of the customer internally and creating demand across our business groups. While bringing deep understanding of local markets for our customer, the CX organization ensures strong alignment between sales and delivery teams.
As part of GSS MEA market organisation, the IP pre-sales expert is responsible and accountable to deliver high quality pre-sales support in IP products and services domains, in full alignment with NI RBC strategies and priorities.
**What you will learn and contribute to**
As part of our team, you will:
- Autonomously lead bids with major customers.
- Develop new business opportunities and engage with key customers.
- Develop & execute a development plan for Nokia IP portfolio in the assigned region
- Engage with customers to identify problems and build solutions based on Nokia solutions
**Your skills and experience**
You have:
- Bachelors/Masters, preferably in Electronics/Communication/Electrical/Telecom/IT
- 4 years' experience in IP products domain such as MPLS ,SDN, network virtualization, datacenter operations and WAN virtualization
- IP routing and/or MPLS experience is a mustGlobal experience in working internationally and cross-functional
- Excellent presentation and communications skills
- Excellent command of English language, written and spoken
It would be nice if you also had:
- Excellent command of French language, written and spoken
- Excellent Customer Business Understanding, especially MEA customers
- Solution Selling ability
- Excellent knowledge of Cloud technologies
- Strong customer focus
- Business accumen
