**Job Title**: Customer Services (Call Center) Manager
**Company**: Elegant Public Services
**Location**: Nozha, Cairo
**About Us**: Elegant Public Services is an international consultancy firm dedicated to guiding clients through the most suitable immigration and educational pathways. We assist in preparing their files to start the process and support our clients in Canada in becoming integrated citizens.
**Key Responsibilities**:
- **Team Management**: train and supervise call center staff. Provide ongoing coaching and support to ensure high performance.
- **Performance Monitoring**: Develop and implement performance metrics to evaluate the effectiveness of the call center operations.
- **Customer Service Excellence**: Ensure that all customer interactions are handled professionally and efficiently. Resolve escalated customer issues and complaints.
- **Process Improvement**: Continuously evaluate and improve call center processes and procedures to enhance efficiency and customer satisfaction.
- **Saling Services**: Ensure that the call center team can sell our services.
**Qualifications**:
- Proven experience as a call center manager with a minimum of 7 years preferred in the Service sector.
- Strong ability to manage a team to achieve team and personal targets.
- Excellent organizational and leadership skills.
- Proficient in MS Office.
- Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to solve problems and make quick decisions.
- English level B2 or above
- University degree
- **Preferred Qualifications**:
- Experience in the consultancy or immigration services industry.
- Knowledge of immigration and educational pathways to Canada.
